Danny Wallace. I just finished reading his book, Join Me. It's about how one man, by playing stupid boy games, accidently starts a cult...I'm sorry, collective.
It's chock full of goofy British humor, and based on his real life. I think he is a total visionary. And I would join him, but alas I have no passport photo.

Or at the very least you should check out his book. It was a quick read, nice and light, and perfect for summer beach reading--that is if you don't mind the people at the beach staring at you as you giggle over your book.
