In my defense I have never watched an episode/season before. In my defense I had laundry to fold and it just came on when I was half way through a load of t-shirts. I couldn't look away. I was sucked in.
The premise is lame. A hot chick, hot guys and nerds slathering all over her - who will she choose?! Gee I wonder. Does anyone really expect finding true love while being filmed for television. If you do - have I got a lovely unicorn farm on the beach in Aruba I would like to sell you at a low low price! In this season apparently the premise is even more lame - they are going to give the Average Joe's plastic surgery. Yeah! You may be horribly unattractive to women but we can fix you! You'll still be socially weird, and a new and improved hacked up version of yourself - and probably still have horrible self-esteem - but go you! Congrats on trying to conform. She still won't pick you.
I am an average Jill - I like average Joe's I am extremely attracted to them. And if they have a dorky side with just a hint of geek and perhaps a soft finish of nerd - I have hit the relationship jackpot!
As we were "introduced" to the average joe's I found myself saying more than once - "damn, he's kinda cute", "He's really hot", "aww - he's funny, I'd do him!"
Now this is not to say they are all great catches in my book. Some of them were downright creepy, annoying, and just plain boring.
However if I were the spunky sweet redhead - I would have no problem picking any of these cuties...
And I'm sorry but these two are downright hotter than hot. (Especially the one with glasses - so studious looking - I'd throw him over a stack of books at the library any day!)
I personally wouldn't change any of them.
